Key Stages of the Process

Our aim is to conduct timely and efficient, but thorough evaluation of every potential opportunity.

First, we evaluate non-confidential information and data.

If appropriate, a confidentiality agreement is signed, confidential data is reviewed, and scientific, legal and financial due diligence is conducted.

Subject to internal approval, we will then proceed to negotiation and execution of a contract.

After contract signing, we remain actively involved with the opportunity to ensure its mutual success.
